Commissioners with the California Commission on Aging are required by the Fair Political Practice Commission to complete the Form 700. This Form is a Statement of Economic Interest. These forms are updated annually and need to be submitted no later than March 30 of each year. The CCoA office will notify you by mail when updated versions are available at www.fppc.ca.gov.
